Hey all as the title says i am having a bit of trouble/frustration when it comes to doing the exercises. Been following GLL manual newbie routine for a few weeks,
I am a type 1 diabetic so i try to keep my sugar under 150 so to have good bloodflow...Generally have no trouble getting a solid erection....What i wanna know is...
After getting myself nice and warmed up in the bath/shower for a good 10 minutes, i massage myself to about 80-90% boner and put lube on to do the jelq's and let it go down to about 50-60%. After jelqing for a few minutes i go down to like 20% and i try to kegal right before i get a grip at the base to pump more blood in but doesnt seem to help. I jelqed too hard one day and caused some bruising and whatnot and it took about 4-5 days for it to go away fully. I did no exercising til they went away fully. But since that time it seems like anytime i take a bath/shower and go to do the jelq part of the routine my dick is like OH HELL NO! Is there anything i can do to get back to where i can do the jelq's and manual exercises? I really wanna do these exercises because i do enjoy them and i have seen some excellent flaccid gains so i know its working and if those are a sign for erect gains i really wanna get back to it and get those gains i am after!
I also have a bathmate x30 as well, been using it for a week every other day(not on jelq days) for 8-10 minutes to get used to it, in flaccid state i pump it 2 times to get started then every 4 minutes or so give it another pump so about 4 pumps in 8-10 mins but i get red spots doing that sometimes as well....I take a rest day every 2-3 days depending how i feel.
I am wanting to gain 1-2 inches length and 1-1.5 girth and ill be THRILLED but i am having the setbacks so its starting to bug me so i wanted to ask if there is something i could do to help with this. Really do not wanna have to pop Cialis everyday to do the exercises for personal and financial reasons.
Any help would be much appreciated!
