First i wanna say i am a type 1 diabetic for 30 years and i really wanna get some gains from doing the exercises, try to keep my sugar under control to not have any nerve damage and as far as i know i dont.

Ok been following the Newbie routine mainly with the basic jelq's and stretches, I have gained a bit of flaccid length so far.
I jelq'd too hard or too long one day and had several little bruises so i took enough time off that they were completely gone b4 continuing anything, but my problem is this, when i try to do the jelq part now i can get my dick to 50-60% to start doing the jelq but after a minute or two it tries to go completely flaccid. I try to kegel between jelq's to put more blood in to keep it hard enough for the session but doesnt really help. I generally do 2-3 days on and 1 day off so it shouldnt be fatigued. I can generally get good solid erections except when i go to do the jelqing.

Anything i can do to help with this(besides cialis) because i have gained some flaccid length so i know its working and want to continue to exercise but am having difficulty doing the jelq since bruising he likes to hide from jelqing.....
I have a bathmate and was considering buying a size genetics extender if i cannot do the manuel exercises because i saw phil's insane gains in a year with his routine.
