I know that we talk about game, fitness, and all of that good stuff but I really do feel that location plays a massive role in terms of how well you do. On this thread, I am not even talking about the logistics of it as much as I am the cultural aspects.
When I lived in Florida, it seemed like it was somewhat normal for people to have healthy sex lives, party, go out, and even openly talk about hooking up/sex/relationships. Everyone seemed so upbeat and getting laid was more about just going out, looking good, and having fun.
Due to work related issues, I moved to a more conservative state in the south and man I am amazed at what I have found so far.
1 - So many bible thumpers, it is unreal. The same people who will tell you in a conversation that you are going to hell if you have sex before marriage.
2 - I have met and talked to so many guys who are frustrated, struggling, and have some very poisonous beliefs about game and women. So many guys raised by overbearing religious families that forbid them from enjoying sex and dating, hence somewhat halting their development in this regard.
3 - Not nearly as many hot and available girls around. In Florida, I was used to meeting so many hot girls that were open to hooking up and some were single too. In the state I am currently in, it seems like if you aren't into black girls (I am not, no racist!), you're SOL. So many fat bitches and I notice that the white girls I run into in my current area are a lot more stuck up, pretentious, and obnoxious.
4 - A good number of fat/ugly guys that get girls due to some tight knit social circle thing. In Florida, the guys I saw getting hot girls were usually guys in good shape and/or handsome. In my current state, I see so many fat turds who can barely saw a coherent sentence with girls way out of their league while there are so many reasonably handsome and interesting guys that are struggling.
It's like I was doing well in most other places I lived in before I moved to the state I am currently in and all of a sudden, mostly all of my success has gone right out the window.
Anyone have this experience to where they do really well in some areas but absolutely struggle in others?
Is it because of a personality thing to where some guys do better in some areas than others or areas just really shitty?
