I recently got knee surgery to repair a ruptured ACL. Can't lift or exercise beyond crutching.
I used to powerlift and had pretty decent numbers. I want to get back into strength training as soon as my knee is at full capacity. I have Two injured hamstring ligaments too.
Since I'm living a sedentary lifestyle, I'm starting my calories at 2000
200 protein
150 carb
70 fat
I can't do cardio, nor bodyweight exercises.
I want to eat the same thing everyday.
24 ounces chicken breast
1.5 cups oats
3 high fiber tortillas
300 grams broccoli
2tbsp olive oil
28 grams cheddar cheese
3 liters water everyday
