sup fellas and Chris got a question about depression..
recently have been trying to "get out of my depression faze" by going to the gym, eating a balanced diet, and exercising. It's been about 3-4 weeks since I started basically obsessing over it and not much has changed.
anyway, long story short I've done everything short of consulting my doctor- my question is at what point did you guys say "alright this is enough" and went to the doctor for anti depressants?
