So my name is Bob.
In my younger days I had a 6 3/4 inch penis. Nothing to brag about but it got the job done and I had a happy sex life and many happy partners. Most of my life I stayed in pretty good shape.
About 10 years ago I had major stomach surgery. The good news was that I did not end up with any major complications. I did not have any intestinal incisions etc... However they split my abs open right down the middle and now I have three abdominal hernias. This made it very difficult for me to keep my stomach fit and now I have a pot belly.
I am going to start working on the belly as it seems to have a terrible affect upon me sexually but again it is difficult.
The other problem is that due to the loss of stomach muscle and general poor fitness I have suffered a significant loss of blood flow and my penis has shrunk by at least 2 inches. I guess it would be due to turtle effect.
The good news is it seems that under the proper conditions the length is still there. I tried viarga and most if not all of my length returned. My girlfriend was quite surprised I must say as she did not know the man I was before (or the penis I had before I should say, as the penis does not make the man)
Bottom line is that I am not looking to make gains over what I used to have so much as get what I have back into condition.
I ordered a bathmate (the basic model) and I am going to take it slow.
The number one thing I am looking for is advice on how to best get my length back out of my body and into my love life where it belongs.
I read that hand masturbation can have a detrimental effect in cases like mine so I ordered a fleshlight and plan to avoid hand masterbation going forward.
I really need to get my sexual health back as my current state is exacerbated by anxiety and it is a viscous cycle.
I am 48 years old and I would like to be able to have a good sex life in my 50's if possible. Hard to image living the rest of my days without good clean fun.
