I went from 116kg to 98 kg while increasing my lifts. I put some muscle on also.
I really like this diet, I'm never hungry , meals are easy as fuck to cook etc
Now I'd like to bulk. I have a few options :
a) stay on full keto , just increase calories
b) just throw some carbs in on my training days (like 200 , half after training half before) - Thinking about this one
c) switch to typical high protein high carb diet - don't want to do this but might try for a month to see if it's working
I have a lot of muscle to build and strength to gain since my frame is pretty big (6'4) but I want to minimalize fat so my effort with cutting won't go to shitter + to keep nice shoulder to waist ratio.
Keto is cool but I like fullness after I eat carbs + I heard that for a natty lifter it would be hard to put size on without any insulin, especially after workout.
How would you guys go after it?
