Pickup forums are massively unpopular these days but I doubt they've ever been especially popular or busy. I suppose RSD is the most popular of the pickup sites, and most of those threads get maybe 1 new post a day, max, unless it's some trollish looks thread.
You would think that given how often we think about sex and the anonymity of online forums, there would be at least a moderate level of discussion, instead of the near absence of discussion on sex and pickup.
Go to an auto forum and you'll get 22 pages and hundreds of posts on an air filter.
It's so strange, you'll get a thousand comments on an olympic gymnast in a few hours on yahoo, but discussion on finding a girlfriend maybe gets 5 or 6 posts on rsd.
