Cutting Out Protein - The Fat Only Diet - by: Ethan X Liam

As everyone knows, the only way to lose weight is to eat fewer calories than your body uses. Therefore the less you eat, the faster you'll lose weight. The problem is that you want to lose the RIGHT kind of weight (aka fat) rather than muscle. To do this you need to make sure you consume enough protein so your muscles don't waste away.

GLL recommends eating the normal amount of protein and fat, but reducing calories by cutting out carbs.

Well a couple days ago I was researching ostarine and BCAAs and had a thought. BCAAs provide the amino acids your body needs to prevent muscle breakdown while not having any calories. Ostarine is also used to prevent muscle breakdown.

My question is, rather than just cutting out carbs in order to reduce overall calories, would you be able to take out both protein and carbs from your diet if you consumed ostarine and a lot of BCAAs? I know it sounds a bit extreme, but theoretically I can't see why this wouldn't work.

I'm looking for anyone's opinion on this. I might give it a try for a few weeks. It would make for an interesting experiment. A fat and BCAAs only diet.
