i really havnt had time to use the bathmate lately... witch is a shame...
so i kinda forgot what routine i should use.
i bin thinking of using the bathmate this way:
week 1: 5-7 min each day
week 2: 6-8 min each day
week 3: 7-9 min each day
week 4: 8:10 min each day
and so on.
its this a good way to go? or should i use 5x3 min each day?
