30 DoD multiple attempts failed. - by: realxautrader

So the title says it all. I have failed multiple times, unfortunately I have only gotten through 2 solid days at my strongest. I am feeling weak, and like a fool.

I am starting this first thing tomorrow, I will log it so that way you guys can roast me if I slip.

My overall goals are:
1. Gain 5 pounds of muscle (thats alot but yolo)
2. Gain confidence
3. Boost T
4. Finish the program
5. Not use kratom/phenibut for at least 2 weeks

Daily checklist:
-Wake up at 5:30
-Cold shower
-BW workout
-Dress well
-yes/no/definite answers
-No whacking or porn
-Daily to do list
-Posture, eye contact
-Carry note book and pen with me
-Eat more, around 2500 calories
-Go to the gym
