What are some affortable HIGH IN PROTEIN options that I can consider?

Hey gents, been a while since I was on here but since you guys carried my ass when I started this journey, figured I'd give you an update on my progress since I started. I wasnt looking for length since the wife has complained about pain during sex but definitely wanted more girth since I'm on the smaller side. Anyway, here's a short synopsis of the last year.

Starting Stats (Aug 2017):
EL: 6.4-6.5
MEG: 4.25

Current Stats (Oct 2018):
EL: 6.75 - 6.9
MEG: 4.5 - 4.56

Routines:
1) August - Sept: Newbie Bathmate/Jelq on GLL
2) Sept - Feb: warmup - 10 min hot towel/massage and 5 min stretching. 10-12 min BM/10 min Jelq for 2 on/1 off (hit 4.5 MEG in December - not cemented)
3) March - July: 10 min hot towel/massage and 5 min stretching. 2 sets of 8 min BM w/ 2 sets of 10 min SSJ for mix of 5 on/2 off and 2 on/1 off depending on PIs. 2-4hrs cockring.
4) July - Sept: 5 min stretching. 2 sets of 8 BM/2-3 sets of 3 min SSJ for 3 days a week and 2-3 days of 12-15 min BM 2-3 days a week. 10-12 hours cockring.

The final routine was initiated with intent of upping the intensity assuming I was too conditioned for the typical pump/jelq routine. I even incorporated tunics stretches for the last 6 months to make sure it was kept pliable.

What I noticed with the increased intensity was that I was having less morning wood and less random erections throughout the day (typically, I get no-reason-boners often). When using the cockring to assist in healing in an expanded state, I made sure to constantly check color/circulation as well.

All in all, I've made about .25" increase in girth in just under 14 months. Not exactly a huge success but better than nothing. Obviously everyone gains at different rates. I was hoping to be that "1 inch in 1 year" statistic I hear all to often, but it seems I've yet to find that magic routine that works for me. At the moment, I'm sticking to my 5 min SSJ/8 BM/5 SSJ/8 BM/5 SSJ for a 1 on 2-3 off cycle. I'm hoping the 3xtra recovery time will be the winning ticket.

If anyone out there started at below average girth and had a lot of success with a specific routine, I'd be very interested to learn what worked for you.

Alright so 2 days ago I used Shanghai 1st date model, btw thanks man! It's definitely more my style for now just starting to do this again. She had a ring and I asked if I could see it and was caressing the finger the ring was on. Then later I straight up asked if I could see her hand and she was confused for a second (not weirded out) but gave me her hand anyways and I started to talk about her hands and started to caress them again. A part of me wants to cancel the date do Monday earlier time like straight after work for her and closer to my place (logistics)? Also, dinner can get in the way of being physical honestly and think a movie is better. What places are good for 2nd dates after 1st date was at a bar and drinks? Also what places for 3rd dates? Or just keep plans and be physical with her and kiss a lot and ask her if she wants to come to my place for a movie? Gut feeling she's gonna say she gotta work early honestly, so thinking of just ending it with lots of kissing and touching by her car which I am ok with. I am actually being serous, that's better than me jacking off & watching porn to end the night.

Just wondering if I should go for 2nd or 3rd day for lay but I feel like only way is to feel it out day by day. I am more on retaining this one and casually date her while still going on dates and going for lays. Also 2nd time or 3rd meeting, when you're starting to get physical is it better to make out or talk sexual or both for my purposes? How do you usually bring up sex topics during making out? I thought about bringing up casual relationships because she said yes if they're reliable on okcupid. Thanks guys.

So I'm an absolute newbie to PE and Bathmate. I have been pumping for 4 days now everyday. I use the routine suggested that came with the Bathmate. the problem I have is I'm not getting the lasting pump when I use the Bathmate. i 've read the pump should stay around for a least a few hours. min will return to normal size within 10 minutes. is this normal? am I doing something wrong? I have noticed some red dots after today's pump. any advice would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

I've been wanting to get down to 8% body fat for awhile now, and after checking out a few other cutting logs here on the forums I figured I'd go ahead and start my own for accountability and so that we can all hopefully learn something along the way.

I visually estimate myself at 14% right now, but I'd like to hear from any of you experienced guys if you think I'm off the mark.

Hello GLLers

I know in the guide to lose your virginity it is recommended to use online dating instead of cold approach. Does that also include not doing basic guy game? I myself am not a virgin anymore thanks to a prostitute but to me that doesn't count really.

Stumbled upon this guy. He's not particularly good looking in either face or in body. He's right about average. But he's still lookin good and could get hot girls. Plus, he's maxing out his status with music and instagram. This just goes to show even if you lost the genetic lottery, you can still get laid. I guarantee this guy does well for himself.

Hello guys,

I am an electrical engineer graduate from Canada. I was wondering if there are any other fellow engineers here. I am currently unemployed and have not had an actual job as an electrical engineer. I screwed up and did not apply for internships when I was still in school and it is affecting me. I also did not do as well as I should have thus my GPA is not the best.

I am looking for advice from people on how to utilize this degree I have. I am willing to relocate within the country (or maybe even the USA) to get a job.

Hey everyone,

just want to share my thoughts on the phallosan forte/plus. I've used a shitty budget extender and my x4 labs extender in the past and what I've always had trouble with was the pain after wearing them after 2 hours on a decent strength. Also, my skin around my dick always suffered from wearing the extender after around 4+ hours a day even with extra protection like baby powder etc.
I've also used my bathmate x40 with great results and I love it because it's always a lot of fun.

But let me tell you, this phallosan device is amazing. I've been wearing it for a week now and I can't belive that I actualy managed to wear this extender over night 8-9 hours without any problems. The vaccum system is amazing. I have no pain at all, only the top of my glans got sucked a bit similar to using a bathmate but thats no problem.

I also got the new phallosan forte plus which basically is an old school rod extender that functions with the phallosan forte system and it works great for wearing it on day times & night, it has the same advantage as the normal phallosan forte that doesn't block bloodflow. But it's stretch is a lot stronger.

And whats realy awesome is that my x4 labs extender fits with the phallosan plus attachment. Thats really convienent. Should also work with other known extenders.

I'm also using the phallosan app which sounds weird but it has a cool feature that lets u track your time wearing it which comes in handy. The swiss company behind the phallosan promises good results after 3-6 months by wearing it around 9 hours 6 days a week.

I know it's a very expensive extender but I really wanted to "grow" my friend during the night. Love it sofar and I will be reporting back in the future. If u guys have got any questions feel free to ask.

Did the first day of Building the Monolith today.

Squat 146x5, 165x5 and 5 sets of 184x5(RPE of ~9-10)
Press 71.5x5, 78.5x5, 89x5, 71.5xAMRAP(did 10 reps)
Chinups - 100 reps with 22.5 lbs plate attached to me, did sets of 10 supersetted with my squat and press
Dips - 200 reps with 22.5 lbs plate, did a bunch of 20 rep sets with 45s break and some 25 rep sets here and there.
5x20s L-sit at home with 1 min break in between each + 4 min ab circuit

Overall felt good, not too much volume or anything. The workout probably took me 1 hour, 1h10 tops.

Weight was at 123.3 lbs today. Made me freak out a little bit since my weight was at 121 lbs last Monday. Gave me some anxiety and I was tempted to restrict my eating. Ended up eating 200cal under my caloric goal of 2400 cal and justifying it to myself that I had overeaten a little bit during the weekend. Can't make a habit out of this.

TRT + RAD140 + MK677 stack and a question - by: sethreed

Hello lads, first time posting here. 41 yo man, been on TRT for close to six months. I have bloodwork coming up in early December, last lab report showed my total T at around 800 which is where the doc wants to keep me so he has me on 160mg of test cyp per week, with a quarter dose of Anastrozole per week to keep estrogen under control.

To be honest I wasn't impressed with my results on TRT. I started getting morning wood on the regular which in itself made me feel like a teenager again, but my libido and EQ has always been good, ED never been an issue. Performance in the gym seemed to improve slightly but again, I was expecting more.

Enter RAD140. I've been doing a 15 mg dose in the morning after reading about how it might pair well with TRT and not blow my lab report out of whack. My hope is that I can continue on this dose of TRT, maybe increase it slightly after my labs come back and I talk with the doctor. I'd like to get to 900-1000 total T but he may not go for it.

I've been dosing RAD140 for almost 4 weeks, and again, I was kind of expecting more of a boost in the gym. The gains are there but they're slow, feels like what it was before I started TRT.

I'm wondering if I should cruise through next week and if I don't really start to feel it, increase the dose to 30 mg (which seems to be the high end beyond which you don't want to go) and just see what happens.

I'm also dosing MK677 at 25 mg per day which has been incredible. No complaints there. After playing around with random HGH suppliers from dark net markets, it's nice to have a legit way to increase available GH without breaking the bank on the vials or going through the hassle of pinning every morning.

Anyway, thoughts on increasing the RAD140? Should I just chill the f*ck out and be more patient? TBH I've wanted to hit some goals on my lifts for the year and while they feel like they're within reach, I had hoped to be further along by now.
